Limitations

The local core is the nearby Android/device path: BLE discovery, explicit pairing, a signed phone/device session, local device control, and local storage when the Android app is not authenticated. These behaviors are implemented in the cited sources. They are not a promise of physical verification for every phone, adapter, display, or ESP32-S3 board.

  • Physical Bluetooth, OTA, and semantic UI behavior is unverified in this corpus because no named hardware run is included.
  • The cloud-enabled account, sync, relay, MQTT, Redis, Supabase, and remote access profile is source-described but not a clean deployment result.
  • The Android product UI is not covered by the generated Espresso example; frontend Vitest coverage is logic-focused.
  • The firmware embedded Unity test is only test_framework_sanity and does not verify product behavior.
  • Recovery, rollback, certificate lifecycle, broker policy, backups, and operational monitoring are not established by these source archives.

This preview does not support claims of production readiness, broad hardware support, guaranteed availability, unattended OTA safety on every target, complete browser/Android UI coverage, or cloud-free startup of the backend. Cloud extensions require their configured services and must not be described as requirements for local Android/device use.
